Commissioned drawings are primarily of buildings (residential/commercial) or landscape spaces and rendered from a photograph in Prismacolor black pencil. Format can be vertical or horizontal based on the building or space. All drawings are mounted on black mat board in a black repurposed frame. Cost is evaluated based on size 6x8 $200, 8x10 $225, 9x12 $250 and payment is in advance.
